Syria participates in the 2nd Arab Postal Leaders Forum in Qatar

The “Second Arab Postal Leaders Forum kicked off in the Qatari capital, Doha, with the participation of Syria and other Arab countries.

The official Syrian delegation to the forum included Hussein Al-Masri, Assistant Minister of Communications and Technology, and Imad Al-Din Hamad, General Director of the Syrian Postal Corporation.

The two-day forum included high-level discussions on harnessing emerging technologies to enhance postal efficiency and achieve customer satisfaction, as well as integrating e-commerce services.

Sessions at the forum will address the transition from traditional postal systems to advanced digital platforms, leveraging data analytics to improve operational efficiency, and employing artificial intelligence technologies to enhance delivery processes.

Sessions will also discuss strategies for improving customer experience through personalized services and flexible delivery options.
