Syria Participates in the 22nd International Trade Spring Fair in Pyongyang

Pyongyang-, With the participation of Syria, the 22nd International Trade Spring Fair kicked off on Monday in the Korean Democratic capital, Pyongyang.

The Syrian pavilion witnessed a remarkable demand by Korean and foreign visitors, and was accompanied by a television screen to show the tourist attractions in Syria and the Syrian products, while the Korean and Chinese photography lenses focused on the pavilions in their media coverage.

Korean Deputy Prime Minister Ry Ryong Nam and Foreign Minister Kim Jong-jie visited the Syrian pavilion and looked at exhibits such as olive oil, laurel soap, fabrics, garments, Syrian handicrafts, foodstuffs, pastries and cloth posters that express Syrian heritage.

The ambassadors of Russia, India, Cuba, Mongolia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Bulgaria and Palestine also visited the Syrian pavilion, where they expressed their appreciation for the Syrian products offered in these difficult circumstances.

The opening of the five day- exhibition was attended by the President of the Syrian Democratic Friendship Society, members of the diplomatic corps and representatives of a large number of foreign companies participating in the exhibition
