Syria Participates in Haj Conference

With the participation of the Minister of Endowments, Dr. Muhammad Abd al-Sattar al-Sayyid, the Hajj and Umrah Services Conference and Exhibition (The Path to Hajj), was opened last night in the city of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The conference, in its third session, will be held in the period between the 8th and the 11th of January. It also includes many sessions and workshops on all the details and services that are important to pilgrims.

Participants in the conference include : Ministers of Endowments in Arab and Islamic countries, heads of Hajj delegations, heads of religious administrations in the world, and ambassadors of more than 80 countries. There will also be an elite group of media and intellectual figures, presidents of Islamic universities, as well as directors of technical, executive, and police centers for Hajj and Umrah rituals.
