Syria participated in Interpol’s meetings in Istanbul

ISTANBUL, Nov 25, (ST)-Syria participated in The  89th General Assembly of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) that kicked off in Istanbul two days ago.
 
According to a statement released on Thursday by the Interior Ministry, a delegation representing the ministry took part in the meetings that lasted for 3 days to elect the international policing body’s new leadership. 
 
More than 160 countries took part in the meetings.
