The Minister of Communications and Technology, Eng. Iyad Al-Khatib, discussed with the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan in Damascus Saeed Muhammad Khan ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two countries in the field of communications and informatics.
During the meeting, which was held at the Ministry’s building today, Minister Al-Khatib referred to the cooperation between the two sides, especially in the field of software and its applications, to serve the common interests of the two countries.
For his part, the Pakistani ambassador affirmed the readiness of the Republic of Pakistan to cooperate with the Ministry of Communications and Technology through the exchange of experiences between the two countries and the training of technical personnel in the ministry and its related authorities.
