Syria, Oman discuss cooperation in cultural field

MUSCAT, May.22, (ST)- The Minister of Culture Lubana Mushawah has discussed with Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al-Busaidi the ways of enhancing cooperation in the cultural field between Syria and  Oman.
 
The discussion that was held on Sunday in Muscat dealt with the cultural relations between the two countries, means of holding mutual art exhibitions, and the issue of antiquities restoration, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA). 
 
The agency indicated that the two sides expressed their determination to increase the cooperation.
 
Mushawah, and the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Omani National Museum, Mona Bint Fahd Al-Said, participated yesterday in the opening of the exhibition “Syria, the Cradle of Civilizations” in the Omani capital, Muscat, amid official and popular presence.
