Syria, Jordan hold talks to reactivate economic relations

Charge d’affaires of the Syrian embassy Issam Yanal discussed on Thursday with Chairman of the Chambers of Jordan and Amman Commerce Fathi Al-Jaghbir the means of reactivating economic relations between Syria and Jordan. 
 
Yanal asserted Syria’s determination to establish integrative economic relations, especially in the field of industry, and to intensify meetings between Syrian and Jordanian businessmen. 
 
For his part, Al-Jaghbir invited the Chairman of Damascus Chambers of Commerce and Industry to visit Amman to discuss the establishment of integrative economic relations. 
 
He pointed out that the Chamber of Industry has started to prepare for a visit to be made by Jordanian Industrialist to Damascus.
