Syria, Indonesia discuss mechanisms to develop parliamentary relations

Damascus – Deputy Speaker of the People’s Assembly Najdat Anzour discussed on Thursday with the Indonesian Ambassador to Syria Djoko Harjanto mechanisms to enhance and develop parliamentary relations between the two countries, SANA reported.

Anzour highlighted the depth of the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in various fields.

In turn, Harjanto stressed the importance of strengthening scientific and cultural relations between Indonesia and Syria and exchanging parliamentary visits between the two sides, pointing out that he will convey to the Indonesian people the true picture of what is happening in Syria.
