Syria denies having any contact with the Turkish regime: No cooperation with a terrorist regime

Damascus (ST): Syria confirmed that there are no contacts with the Turkish regime, as some of its officials claim, and that there can be no cooperation in the field of combating terrorism with a terrorist regime that supports, trains and spreads terrorism in the region and the world.

An official source in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates explained that in conjunction with the brutal attacks launched by the Erdogan regime’s forces on Syrian citizens in northern Syria in cooperation with its terrorist groups, this regime is trying, as usual, to publish sometimes or leak at other times fabricated news, claiming that it has obtained high-level communications between the Syrian government and members of the Turkish regime, once on the security level and once on the political level.

The source added: “The last of these lies is what the Turkish foreign minister said about the possibility of cooperating with Syria in the fight against terrorism. Rather, this infection spread to other officials in his regime.

The source stressed that the Syrian Arab Republic denies all these statements, news and leaks altogether and considers them a kind of political hallucination from this regime and that Syria will announce in a transparent manner any cooperation if it occurs with any party, stressing that Syria cannot cooperate in the fight against terrorism with a terrorist regime that supports, trains and spreads terrorism in the region and the world.
