Syria condemns Germany’s move against Hezbollah

Syria has condemned in the strongest possible terms  Germany’s move to classify Hezbollah as a terror group.

According to a statement  released today by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates , Germany’s move reflects its subjection to the zionist dictates and its humiliating subordination to the US policies that back the Zionist entity.

“This move reveals the continuity of Germany’s lack of independence and  sovereignty in internal and foreign policies,” the ministry added.

It affirmed that since Hezbollah plays a leading role in resisting the Israeli occupation, the German government’s move is an accolade for Hezbollah and a clear acknowledgement of its role in resisting the zionist aggression and aborting the western plots that target the Arab nation’s interests.
