Syria beat Indonesia 2-0

DAMASCUS, (ST) – The men’s national soccer team have beaten their Indonesian  counterparts 2-0 in a friendly at the Karno stadium in Jakarta.

Early in the first half, Sinhareeb Milki  put the national side in the lead .

Five minutes into the final whistle,Omar Khreibin made it 2-0.

 

In the second half, the national team pressurized the Indonesian defense line forcing them to pass back to their goalkeeper on several occasions.

Actually, the national side squandered so many chances with the best coming in the 66th minute when Breijawi failed to convert fro the penalty box.
