Syria’s Olympic football team beat Bangladesh 4-0 making a good result at the beginning of U-23 Asian Cup.

Mahmoud al-Baher, Omar Khrebeen and Mahmoud al-Mawas scored in the match.

This win put our team in the first place with 3 points and 4 goals and Ozbakistan came second with 3 points and 2 goals.

Syria’s Olympic football team includes: Abd al-Lateef Naasan, Shaher al-Shaker, Ahmad Khanaan, Abdullah al-Shami, Jihad Besmar, Omar Meedani, Mouyad al-Khouli Mouyad Ajjan, Wesam Dyab Akha, Waseem al-Nabhan, Houseen Joueed, Ahmad al-ashkar, Khaled al-Mobyad, Hameed Meedo, Abd al-Manan Ibrahim, Moumen Naji, Omar Jenyat, Yousef Kalfa, Mahmoud al-Mawas, Mahmoud al-Baher, Omar Khrebeen, Nasouh al-Nekadi and Mohammad Marmour.

Our team will meet India on Sunday and Uzbekistan on Tuesday.

The winner of the four teams will qualify for finals in Qatar.
