Syria and Italy discuss cooperation in the agricultural field

Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform meets with the Italian Ambassador to Damascus and Deputy Director of the “Bari Agricultural Institute for Mediterranean Countries” to discuss prospects of cooperation in developing the agricultural sector.

They discuss reactivating the laboratory analysis center to develop the oil and olive industry in Idlib Governorate, The Italian side expressed his interest in Syrian wheat and its value in the Italian markets and food industries.
