Syria and Iran sign the executive program of the memorandum of understanding in the field of administrative development
The Ministry of Administrative Development and the Corporation for Public Administration and Employment Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran signed today the executive program of the joint memorandum of understanding signed in Tehran last February with the aim of developing and expanding horizons of cooperation in the field of administrative development and human resource development between the two countries.
Under the executive program signed by the Minister of Administrative Development, Dr. Salam Saffaf and Dr. Maytham Latifi, the assistant to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the head of the Public Administration and Employment Affairs Foundation in the Ministry’s building, the two sides will cooperate in the field of exchanging experiences and localizing knowledge to develop the administrative and institutional performance measurement system and support its performance and in training and qualification and developing the management system of human resources in government agencies.
The signing of the executive program was preceded by a joint workshop between the two sides, in which ministerial assistants, directors of administrative development in public authorities and a number of experts from the delegation of the Foundation for Administration and Employment Affairs in Iran participated, during which Dr. Latifi presented a working paper in which he reviewed the historical steps to achieve administrative development in the Islamic Republic of Iran and the adoption of nomination and evaluation systems and their impact on the performance of human resources.
