Syria 1 1 Iraq

JAKARTA,(ST)-The Syria Olympic soccer team were held to a goalless  draw with their Iraqi counterparts at the 3rd Islamic Solidarity Tournament  currently being held in Indonesia.

In their opener, the Syrian team drew 1-1with the Saudi team while Iraq lost their opener 2-3 to the Turkish team.

With this result, the Olympic team lifted their tally to two points from two matches.

Defenders:Hamdi Masri,Omar Midani,Hussein Jwayed,Muayad ajjan.

Midfielders:Omar Khreibin,Hamid Mido,Zahir Midani,Omar Jiniyat,Ramiz Mido.
