Symposium on the Arab-Zionist conflict held at Al-Baath University

Homs (ST): Al-Quds International Foundation-Syria, in cooperation with the National Union of Syrian Students, held a symposium under the title “The Palestinian Question, the Arab-Zionist Conflict and Ways of Confrontation” at the Al-Basel auditorium at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Al-Baath University.

 

The Director-General of Al-Quds International Foundation – Syria, Dr. Khalaf Al-Muftah, referred in his speech to the importance of enhancing awareness among the young generation of the dimensions of the Arab-Zionist conflict and enabling them to possess knowledge and science because they are the most powerful weapon in confronting this enemy and the basis for achieving victory over it.

For his part, the head of the Free Palestine Movement, Abdel Qader Haifawi, pointed out that the Palestinian question is the struggle of the axis of resistance that extends from Damascus and Lebanon to Tehran, pointing out that what Syria has been subjected to during the past ten years of a terrorist infidel war aimed at dissuading it from continuing to support the Palestinian and Lebanese resistance and keep it away from the axis of resistance, stressing that the resistance is the basis for the recovery of the occupied land.

In turn, amember of the Executive Office of the National Union of Syrian Students, Engineer Omar Al-Jabai, underlined the importance of cooperation with the Al-Quds International Foundation in holding events and dialogue seminars that contribute to raising the awareness of the young generation, explaining that Syrian youth have provided a role model in defending the land during the past years.
