Syria’s U14 girls football team qualifies for the finals of West Asia Championship in Jordan

The Syrian national U14 girls football team has qualified for the finals of the 2nd West Asia Football Federation (WAFF) U14 Girls Championship 2023 currently held in Jordan, after defeating the Lebanese team 2-0 in a match held on Monday at the Polo Field in the Jordanian capital, Amman.

The Syria team reached the final by topping the team standings and it will face the Lebanese national team in the final match on December 6th.
The Lebanese team ranked second in the standings.

The Syrian team defeated the Jordanian team (B) by 4-1 in the second round of the first term, while it lost by 0-1 in the first round.
