Moscow, (ST) – The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Presidency and Vice-Speaker of the Russian State Duma Anna Kuznetsova affirmed that Syria’s return to the League of Arab States and its various bodies would enhance the unity of Arab position in terms of protecting Arab countries from external interference and influencing the fate of their peoples.
Kuznetsova said in an interview with SANA reporter in Moscow on Tuesday: All hostile practices against Syria, Russia and other countries receive a firm and decisive response that establishes solid foundations on which the future of the two countries is built.
She added that Syria, which the west has repeatedly tried to distance from the international community in order to prevent its progress and economic development, has thwarted all these attempts, and we see today that the joint work between Russia and Syria contributes to laying a solid foundation for progress, growth and achieving successes on the international arena.
