On the occasion of “National Environment Day,” which falls on the first of November every year, the Syrian Postal Corporation issued a commemorative postage stamp .
The Ministry of Communications and Technology said via its Telegram that the design of the commemorative stamp entitled “Environmental Awareness,” shows the necessity of awareness of an environmentally friendly attitude , with a focus on the role of industrial waste in polluting the environment.
The ministry indicated that the value of the commemorative stamp is 1,500 SYP .
