Syrian-Omani talks on preparations for the 6th session of the Joint Governmental Committee

On June 19th, the Syrian Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman, Dr. Idris Mia, discussed with Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Faisal bin Saeed Al-Rawas cooperation between the two countries, especially in the economic and commercial fields.

 During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the ongoing preparations for the sixth session of the joint Syrian-Omani governmental committee and the Syrian-Omani Business Forum.

The meeting was attended by Wassim Al-Qattan, Chairman of the Syrian-Omani Business Council and Secretary of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Commerce, Ghiath Shamaa, CEO of Delta Group for Economics and Business, and Samer Bakour, attaché at the Syrian Embassy in Muscat.

On the Omani side, the meeting was attended by Sheikha Sulaiman Al-Alawi from the Department of Organizations and International Relations, and Abdullah Al-Jabri from the Omani Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion.
