Syrian film “Joseph’s Journey” takes part in the 4th Casablanca Arab Film Festival

The Syrian General Film Organization is participating in the feature film competition of the 4th Casablanca Arab Film Festival, which will be launched on June 16th,
through the feature film “Joseph’s Journey” directed by Jude Saeed.

The film, conceived by artist Ayman Zeidan and co-written by Jude Saeed and Wissam Kanaan, depicts the journey of a grandfather carrying his grandson in search of a lost hope and a better life.

“Joseph’s  Journey” will compete in the festival with 13 films in the feature film competition, in addition to 22 films in the short fiction and documentary film competition.

The festival will last until June 23rd .

The film is starring Ayman Zidan, Ruba Al-Halabi, Samer Omran, Wael Abu Ghazaleh, Serena Muhammad, Nour Al-Sabah Ghazal, Hayan Bodour, Ahmed Darwish, Heba Zinni, Jawad Al-Saeed, Samer Ibrahim, Laila Ibrahim and Samir Menoun.

It is to be noted that the film participated in the Horizons of Arab Cinema competition within the 44th Cairo International Film Festival.
