Syrian Arab Army Units target terrorist positions in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, Palmyra and Idlib

Damascus, (ST) – Units of the Syrian Arab Army in cooperation with the Russian forces operating in Syria, targeted terrorist gatherings in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, Palmyra, and Idlib.

A military source said on Sunday in a statement to SANA: Over the course of several days, units of Syrian armed forces in cooperation with Russian friendly forces carried out a series of precise qualitative operations by military warplanes, drones, artillery fire, and missiles, through which they targeted headquarters, sites, and fortifications belonging to terrorist organizations, as well as the terrorists’ weapons, ammunition depots and various vehicles in the countryside of  Deir Ezzor, Palmyra and Idlib

The source clarified that those headquarters and sites were completely destroyed, and dozens of terrorists were killed and wounded, including ring leaders, in addition to terrorists of foreign nationalities.
