Syrian and Saudi foreign ministers discuss developments in occupied Palestinian territories

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al -Mikdad and the Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, on Monday discussed the latest developments in the occupied Palestinian territories.

During a phone call, Al -Mikdad stressed the need for an immediate end to the attacks and massacres commmitted by  of the Zionist entity on the Palestinian people.

He reiterated the need to urgently  deliver humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people under occupation and siege, affirming Syria’s categorical rejection of the Israeli displacement practices towards the Palestinians.

For his part, Ibn Farhan stressed Saudi Arabia’s standing alongside the Palestinian people to recover their rights, and asserted the need to deliver urgent humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people and  to force (Israel) to comply with the international law and international humanitarian law.

He also expressed his country’s categorical refusal of calls for the displacement of the Palestinian people from Gaza.

At the end of the conversation, the two ministers agreed to continue communications and consultations regarding the developments in Palestine and the region.
