Syria wins gold medal in Triathlon West Asian Championships

KUWAIT-The Syrian national triathlon team has won a gold medal in the 2023 Asia Triathlon West Asian Championships currently held in Kuwait.

The medal was gained for Syria through the player Adnan Zaki in the elite category after strong competition with other players.

Zaki is participating for the first time in this category, according to head of the national Triathlon Union Naser Al-Sayyed.

Last year, Syria won three gold medals in the West Asian Championship which was held in Saudi Arabia.
