Syria warns against the continuation of the Zionist aggressive and criminal approach in the region

Syria has warned against the continuation of the Zionist policies based on aggression and committing crimes in the region, stressing its inalienable right to defend its sovereignty and independence by all means guaranteed by international law.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said that in continuation of the Zionist approach based on aggression and committing crimes in the region, the Zionist enemy, at around 15:30 today, carried out a missile attack from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting some points in the vicinity of Damascus.

Syria affirms that the continuity of this aggressive approach by the Zionist entity has been encouraged by the shameful international community’s ignoring of the crimes of this entity, including its brutal aggression that has been ongoing for 47 days against the Palestinian people in Gaza Strip, which has turned the Strip into a cemetery for children, the ministry clarified.

Syria again warns that such criminal acts that threaten the security and stability of the region must not go without the punishment of the Zionist entity that perpetrated them, the ministry went on to say.

It pointed out that Syria also affirms its inalienable right to defend its sovereignty and independence by all means guaranteed by international law.
