Syria urges the Security Council to assume its responsibility in stopping the Israeli attacks on countries of the region

Syria has condemned in the strongest term the repeated criminal attacks by the terrorist Israeli entity on civilians in Syria and in neighboring countries, and called again on the Security Council to abandon its silence and assume its responsibilities by putting an end to the occupation’s policies and aggression and holding Israeli war criminals accountable.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said in a statement on Wednesday that in continuation of its criminal approach against Syria and the countries of the region and for the second time in two days, the Zionist entity committed a new crime today by attacking a residential building in a densely populated area in central Damascus, which led to the martyrdom of 3 people, the injury of a number of civilians, and the damage to private property.
