Syria takes part in the meetings of the liaison sections and bodies of the Arab Interior Ministers’ Council in Tunisia

Tunis – Syria has taken part in the meeting of the representatives of the liaison sections and in a coordinative meeting for the bodies of the Arab Interior Ministers’ Council at the General Secretariat of the Arab Interior Ministers’ Council in Tunisia.

In a statement posted on its website, the Ministry of Interior said that Syria has taken part in the 3^rd meeting of representatives of liaison sections to discuss issues related to criminal prosecution, and in the 38^th Coordinative Meeting for the bodies of the Arab Interior Ministers’ Council at the headquarters of Council’s General Secretariat in Tunisia.

Head of the Arab and International Criminal Police branch (head of the Damascus Liaison Section) at the Criminal Security Directorate represented Syria in these meetings.
