Syria takes part in 3rd Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition

With Syria’s participation, the activities of the 3rd edition of the Abu Dhabi International Food Exhibition were launched on Tuesday. The exhibition will last until the 28th of this month.

Syria’s participation was organized by the Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade, represented by the Authority for Supporting and Developing Local Production and Exports and the General Organization for Exhibitions and International Markets, in cooperation with the Federations of Syrian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

According to a statement by the Local Production and Exports Support and Development Authority, the area of ​​the Syrian pavilion is 108 square meters, and it includes 8 leading Syrian companies in the field of food industries “such as coffee, canned goods, hot and cold drinks, and halva.”

The current edition of the exhibition witnesses the participation of exhibitors from major companies operating in the food and beverage sector, from more than 70 countries, in addition to the world’s leading brands that showcase the latest developments in food technology and sustainable food industries.
