Syrian expatriates in Czech Republic to contribute to efforts aiming at alleviating the repercussions of Syria earthquake

Prague,(ST)- The Syrian embassy in the Czech capital, Prague, called on the Syrian expatriates in the Czech Republic and the Arab communities in this country to contribute to mitigating the effects and repercussions of the earthquake that struck Syria on Monday.

The embassy said: “Providing assistance represents the embodiment of national unity and cohesion among the people of the same country,” noting that the doors of the embassy are opened to those wishing to donate for humanitarian action”.

Many Syrian embassies have called on members of expatriate communities and activities to donate to assist those affected by the earthquake, which resulted in hundreds of victims.
