Syria condemns Israel’s attacks on Al-Aqsa Mosque

Syria condemned the attacks by the Israeli occupation forces on worshippers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, and calls on the international community to lift the lid about the Israeli entity’s practices and take the necessary steps to stop and deter them and punish the occupation’s officials for their crimes which amount to crimes against humanity.

In a tweet on Wednesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said, “Syria condemns the attacks of the Israeli occupying forces on the worshippers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, and denounces the continued international silence and protection of these crimes aimed at exploding the region and exporting internal crises of the officials of this entity.

“The crimes of Israeli occupation in Al-Aqsa Mosque and Palestine in genral are inseparable from the practices of that entity through its continued occupation of the Syrian Arab Golan and the rest of the occupied Arab territories, its repeated attacks on Syrian territory and its bombing of civilians and infrastructure in Syria,” the Foreign Ministry added.
