TEHRAN, Jul.18, (ST)- The Iranian Foreign Minister, Hussein Amir Abdollahian, declared on Monday that the return of Syrian refugees to their homeland and offering help to restore security and stability to Syria are the main points enlisted on the agenda of Astana Guarantor states summit to be held in Tehran.
The guarantor states are Russia, Iran and Turkey.
“The summit is being held amid conditions that we hope consolidating the important goal of Astana talks, which is represented by decreasing tension in the de-escalation zones,” Abdollahian said in a statement prior to the holding of the 7th tripartite summit of Astana talks.
The summit is scheduled to be convened in Tehran on Tuesday.
