Students and members of the Syrian community in Cuba renew their support for their homeland

Havana (ST):  Syrian students studying in Cuban universities and members of the community in Cuba renewed their support for their homeland in the face of the ongoing global aggression and global terrorism to which it  has been exposed.

In a statement on the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the March 8th Revolution, students and members of the community denounced the unilateral coercive economic measures being imposed on Syria, stressing that the aim of these measures and terrorist aggression against their homeland is to weaken it, undermine its positions and divert the March 8 Revolution from the path of confrontation with the Zionist enemy, expressing their determination to participatein all constitutional events .

They highlighted the achievements of the March Revolution, stating that it constituted an important landmark in the contemporary history of Syria and the Arab nation and that it is a true revolution that is loyal to its strategic goals and is confident of victory with the sacrifices of the Syrian Arab Army.
