Statutes of the First Offshore Company in Syria Ratified

Damascus, (ST) –The Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection, Dr. Abdullah al-Gharbi, issued on Sunday a decision that includes the ratification of the statute of Foreign Global Trading Limited Liability Company of Offshore.

The minister pointed out that this company is the first limited liability company established in Syria to conclude contracts, business deals and commercial transactions related to food, electronic, oil, construction materials and the access of the bids, contracts and projects of oil, gas, electricity and to carry out all works that are implemented out of Syria.

“The Directorate of Companies in the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection has recently taken a number of measures that contribute to the development of companies’ work and give them the flexibility and save time and effort to employees and owners of companies at the same time, including the establishment of the flexible office and its mission is to secure headquarters for the companies that do not have like these places and provide all transactions to owners of commercial activities wishing to establish a company in addition to the establishment of Foreign Limited Liability Company of Offshore and simplify all the procedures of incorporation and registration”, Dr. al-Gharbi clarified.
