Grains, especially sprouted ones, contain many benefits, and they are available in every home and in all seasons, but their importance is more prominent in winter.

Dermatologist: There is no need for cosmetics with wheat hulls
Dr. Muhammad al-Nabulsi, a dermatologist, confirms that he is nearly 71 years old, and he still uses bran infusion “wheat husks” for his skin. He says: There is no need for cosmetic powders in the presence of wheat husks.
Benefits of sprouted grains:
Sprouted wheat contains several vitamins, and according to Raghdaa Khairbek, an agricultural development expert, who confirmed in her statement to “Tishreen Newspaper” that all grains can be sprouted, and they have very great benefits that enrich the body with important nutrients.
Sprouted wheat protects against digestive problems and skin diseases, cleanses the body of toxins accumulated in the cells, and also works to relieve stress and psychological tension and a lot of benefits. She added:” It is easy to digest and provides athletes with energy”.
Benefits of sprouts for children:
Khairbek confirms that sprouted wheat promotes the growth of organs and bones, supports mental development, and also helps in enhancing memory and strengthening the child’s nervous system because it contains rich nutrients.
How to use it:
The expert stressed that when using sprouted wheat,” a “time” must be adhered to by people under the age of 50. It must be used for only 3 continuous months without interruption, and then a break is taken for a month or two, then we return to using it again.
As for people over the age of 50, they can use it for life without taking a break. On the other hand, I cautioned that when we leave sprouted wheat, this must be done “gradually” and not all at once.” She also noted that it must be chewed very well until it dissolves in the mouth.
Khairbek confirms that sprouted wheat remains usable for 5-7 days, but it is at its peak in providing vitamins in the first five days, and then its benefit begins to decline, so an alternative quantity must be prepared, especially since on the fifth day the sprouted grains give a sweet taste, and hereyou must stop eating it, as at this stage the starches turn into carbohydrates, and thus you begin to lose vitamins.
