Spanish expert: The October Liberation War demonstrates Syria’s ability to regain its rights

Pablo Sabbagh, a researcher and academic at Complutense State University in the Spanish capital, Madrid, has said  that Syria’s victory in the OctoberLiberation War demonstrated its will and ability to liberate all occupied territories,regardless of the occupier.

Sabbagh said that the meanings of the October liberation war played a decisive role in the steadfastness of the Syrian people during the war over the past ten years.  The Syrian army was able retake all the areas invaded by terrorist organizations and armed groups affiliated with the agendas and interests of Western and foreign powers.

 

Sabbagh expressed his conviction that the great victory achieved in the October War strengthened Syria’s position as a major force in the Middle East region.

He stressed that Syria has a clear vision of achieving another October 6 victory in the occupied Syrian Golan as a result of the determination of the Syrian people and the readiness and determination of its army and armed forces.
