INGREDIENTS
500 g spaghetti, cooked and drained
For pesto sauce:
2 cups fresh basil, washed and chopped
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup raw pine nuts
4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons black pepper
salt

1- To prepare the pesto sauce: put the garlic and basil leaves in a mixer, grind well until leaves are finely chopped.
2-Add in the pine nuts and the cheese and continue mixing until well combined.
3- Slowly add the oil and continue to mix until the oil is well blended.
4- When the mixture is smooth and creamy, turn off the mixer and flavor with salt and pepper.
5-To serve: place the warm spaghetti in a serving dish and pour the pesto sauce over it.
