Some Regional States are Accomplice to Zionist Crimes – Iran Daily

The inactive role of some regional states and the full support of the West have emboldened the Zionist regime to commit genocide in the Gaza Strip, criticized an English-language daily published Sunday.

The ruthless regime has killed a large number of Palestinians, a majority of whom are children and women. Benjamin Netanyahu’s regime has no qualms about attacking hospitals, mosques, schools, parks and the United Nations bureaus, added ˈIran Dailyˈ in its Opinion column.

Such atrocities are perpetrated as the so-called advocates of human rights led by US – and certain Arab nations have turned a blind eye to the heinous crimes, it added.

Since the UN is greatly influenced by Washington’s policies, the international body has not done much to halt the murderous attacks on the oppressed Gazans. Besides, certain Arab states have kept mum on the outrageous crimes committed by Israel because the West pulls the strings in such nations, decried the paper, adding that despite the urgent need of medicines and essential food for the defenseless Palestinians.

This inhumanitarian measure has emboldened Tel Aviv to continue its barbaric rampage on the occupied Palestinian territory.

As a regional power, Riyadh has thrown its weight behind the so-called Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), which is responsible for terrorist attacks in Iraq and Syria, noted the paper adding that Saudiˈs undivided support for ISIL is aimed at diverting attention from Israelˈs heinous crimes in Gaza.

The terrorist group has so far refused to condemn Israel for its horrific crimes in the Palestinians territory. Such a motion reveals a close bond between the ISIL and the Western states.

Apart from Saudi Arabia, other Arab nations’ passive role with regard to Gaza humanitarian disasters, have benefited Israel.

While world public opinion has disgraced the brutal Zionist regime, international bodies are too weak to bring Israeli butchers to justice, concluded the paper.
