Solidarity stand in Tulkarem in support of the prisoners in the occupation detention centers

Dozens of Palestinians during a solidarity stand today in the city of Tulkarem in the West Bank called on the international community and humanitarian and human rights institutions to stand by the prisoners in the Israeli occupation detention centers, especially the sick among them and those who suffer from the policy of deliberate medical neglect.

WAFA reported that the participants in the stand in front of the International Committee of the Red Cross in the city, which was organized by the Palestinian national forces in cooperation with the Commission for Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Club, raised the Palestinian flag, banners and pictures in support of the prisoners in the occupation detention centers stressing the need to support them.

The participants confirmed that the occupation continues its brutal practices against the prisoners, including repression, assaults, and psychological and physical torture, amid tragic conditions of detention that require urgent intervention to protect them from this terrorism and pressure the occupation to release them, especially the sick.
