Social Affairs Ministry finds secret documents sent by security branches on transferring children to certain orphanages

DAMASCUS, JAN.11, (ST), Today, Media Office at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor reported that it had founded several secret documents sent by several security branches on transferring a number of children to certain orphanages.

“We faced great difficulties in collecting the documents. We are currently working on updating archiving systems and ensuring the recovery of lost or damaged data with the aim of speeding up the investigation process and ensuring transparency in dealing with these issues,” the office said.

It called on the families of missing children to go to the branches concerned with the Social Affairs and Labor Directorates, to give them the names of the children and any information that may contribute to facilitating the search process and counting the cases accurately.
