Slovakian Politician: European Leaders Serve US Interest in Ukraine at the Expense of Their Own People

Bratislava (ST) – The previous former head of the Slovak government, head of the Social Democratic Semir Party, Robert Fico, stressed that Western sanctions against Russia have more catastrophic repercussions for the countries that imposed them.

In a television interview, Fico indicated that the deteriorating economic conditions, the current wave of high prices, and the continuation of useless sanctions show how the European political leaders serve the US interests in Ukraine, although this harms their countries.

Regarding the discussions about canceling the Veto right in the European Union’ countries, Fico considered that some major European leaders do not realize the risks that threaten the future of the European Union in case they do not stop the discussion of this matter.
