Slovak website: The US occupation plundering Syrian wealth is a war crime
A Slovakian website confirmed that the United States is plundering the Syrian natural resources in cooperation with terrorists in a manner that completely violates international law.
In an analysis published today, the site stated: “Although the American military presence in Syria represents a comprehensive violation of international law and occupation of a sovereign state, American and European politicians and their media avoid mentioning this matter and delude world public opinion with topics that serve their interests.”
The site stressed that oil and natural resources in Syria belong to the Syrian people only, and that the only party that has the right to dispose of it is the Syrian government. It stressed that the plunder of Syrian natural resources by the American occupation constitutes a war crime according to the Fourth Geneva Convention, which the United States ratified in 1955.
