Six SDF militia gunmen killed and others wounded in attacks in Al-Hasakah and Deir Ezzour countryside

Al-Hasakah-Deir Ezzour (ST): Six  gunmen were killed and others wounded from the US-backed SDF militia in attacks targeting their vehicles in Hasakah and Deir Ezzour countryside.

Local sources from the Al-Ya’rubiyah region told a news reporter that a car bomb exploded in a car carrying a number of SDF militants, including a leader near a fuel station opposite the village of Twirish, in the far north-eastern countryside of Hasakah, killing two militants, wounding another, and causing material damage to the car and the place.

In the northern countryside of Deir Ezzour, local sources said that a militia gunman was killed and two others were wounded when their car was targeted on Al-Kharafi Road at the junction of Ruwaishid village on the administrative borders separating the governorates of Hasakah and Deir Ezzour.

The sources pointed out that an attack with automatic weapons targeted a vehicle belonging to the militia in the town of Al-Shuhail in the southern countryside of the governorate, killing two militants and wounding 4 others, while another militant was shot dead while he was in the town of Jadidah Bakara in the same countryside.

Yesterday, a group of people attacked with knives and various sharp tools a number of  SDF militia gunmen at the militia’s Haroun checkpoint in the countryside of Tal Hamis district of the city of Qameshli, north of Hasakah, and seized their weapons.
