Six Palestinian prisoners continue with their hunger strike in protest against the Israeli occupation’s crimes.
Wafa News Agency reported that the prisoners Kayed Al-Fasfous, who has been on a hunger strike for 73 days, Mikdad Al-Qawasmeh 66 days, Alaa Al-Araj 48 days, Raeq Bsharat 35 days, Hisham Abu Hawash 40 days and Shadi Abu Aker 32 days refuse to end their hunger strike despite their deteriorating health condition to let the entire world know about the suffering of the Palestinian people under occupation.
The Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-prisoners Affairs Commission has warned of the deterioration of the health condition of some captives, especially Al-Qawasmeh, Al-Fasfous and Al-Araj and called on the international community to pressure the occupation to release them.
Around 5000 Palestinian captives are held in the Israeli jails within very harsh conditions. 550 of these prisoners are ill and they need urgent medical treatment.
