Sit-ins in Beirut and Sidon

BEIRUT, (ST)_ New sit-ins took place in Beirut and Sidon in protest against the banking policy and the deteriorating living conditions in Lebanon.

According to the Lebanese National News Agency (NNA), the sit-ins took place outside the doors of the Lebanese Justice Ministry in Beirut and in Sidon city where the protesters called for the independence of the judiciary and holding the corrupt people to account.

Some protesters tried to enter into Ogero Central in Sidon but the Lebanese army prevented them from doing that.
