Siromolotov:The West has supported terrorist organizations in Syria with weapons

 On November 18th, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Oleg Siromolotov called on” not politicizing efforts to combat international terrorism.”

 “In order to eliminate terrorism in the world, it is necessary, first and foremost, to stop using it for political purposes,”Siromolotov said to the Russian newspaper Rossiiskaya Gazeta.

Siromolotov noted that the politicization of efforts to combat terrorism appears more evident in Syria.

Siromolotov pointed out that Western countries supported terrorist organizations in Syria with weapons, which later spread in many areas.

 

Siromolotov pointed out that some of those countries, including America, dealt and cooperated with terrorist organizations such as ISIS, as happened in the Al-Tanf region in Syria.
