Silver for Syria in Thailand International Swimming Championship

On April 8th, Syrian swimmer Omar Abbas won the silver medal in the Thailand International Championship in the 100-meter freestyle, with a time of 51.69 seconds.

Abbas was crowned with the silver medal at the Malaysia International Open last month, and broke new Syrian records in all the races he finished .
