Shyness

 

It is normal to feel shy as we are humans, but shyness will cause a lot of problems to us if it is increased above its normal limit and will affects on our personal or social behavior.

Shyness is considered a social problem in community, and there are many ways to solve this problem.

Sociology experts are working in educating and training those people on how to get new personal and social experts and how to contact with others and to increase patient’s self confidence by teaching him health and logical methods especially in dealing with others.

    Shyness is a social illness can be healed by training and contacting others and by raising self confidence.
