Ingredients
0.91 kg shrimps, peeled, deveined and cooked
2 tomatoes, or 3, cut in small pieces
1/2 onion, white, chopped finely
12 lemons
2 oranges
3 limes, 6 if small
1 bunch of cilantro, small, chopped finely
salt and pepper

1-Squeeze the lemons, oranges and limes. Add some salt and completely cover the shrimp and onion (overnight if possible, otherwise a minimum of 4 hours).
2- Add tomatoes and cilantro 1-2 hours before serving.
3-Rectify taste by adding salt and pepper as needed.
