Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – Israeli settlers on Tuesday seized areas of land in the village of Artas, south of the city of Bethlehem in the West Bank.
The Head of the village council, Lutfi Asaad, told Wafa News Agency that settlers stormed Mount Abu Zeid in the village and seized areas of land, with the aim of establishing a new settlement outpost.
In a related context, settlers stormed the village of Umm al-Khair in the Masafer Yatta area, south of Al-Khalil (Hebron), and destroyed the main water pipeline supplying the village under the protection of occupation soldiers.
