Settlers cut down dozens of trees south of Bethlehem

Occupied al-Quds, (ST) – Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian lands in the Beit Askariya area, south of Bethlehem, in the occupied West Bank  and cut dozens of trees there.

The Director of the Office of the Resistance of the Wall and Settlement in Bethlehem, Hassan Brijieh, told Wafa News Agency that the settlers stormed the area under heavy guard from the Israeli occupation forces, and cut 50 perennial citrus trees with the aim of expanding settlements on Palestinian lands.
